We’re happy to announce that we are open to submissions!
We are currently seeking entries to two anthologies. Do you have a story in you? Check our Submission page!
It Takes A Village — Closing soon!
It Takes A Village allows for a wide range of stories asking: what if child-rearing and elder-care were considered the responsibility of all adults, and, more importantly, were considered promotable / admirable activities that indicated high quality. Stories can be fantasy or science fiction.
What are the social implications and improvements that would be possible in such a world? Imagine a world where employees are valued for spending a weekday afternoon every week to take care of another person: a child or an elderly person.
Submission are closing March 31st, with publication tentatively set for April 25, 2024 — the Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day.
Rainbows Aren’t Just For Leprechauns
Think what would Red Riding Hood have been without the red? Or what makes Purple the colour of royalty? Do you have a short story in you (or already written but not yet published) that fits the theme, where a colour (or a whole rainbow of them) is a central element?
Mature content welcome. This anthology is not for the easily offended.
Submission are closing September 30th, 2024, with publication tentatively set for March 17, 20254 — St Patrick’s Day.
