The team here at Purple Toga were overwhelmed by the interest in being part of our second anthology, Rainbows aren’t Just for Leprechauns.
We received submissions from more than two dozen authors of more than 30 stories. We feel blessed that so many authors had stories with a theme centered around one or more colours.
With the submission deadline having been extended to 31 October, we have been reviewing the submissions in the order they were submitted, and now that the deadline has passed we are ready to announce the first batch of authors that have been accepted.
| Author | Story Title |
| Christian Bieck | The Color of Happiness |
| Brent A. Harris | Where Have All The Rainbows Gone? |
| Ulff Lehman | Ghosts in the Mountains |
| Jon Maas | Bluebeard the Hipster and the Painted-Shut Drawer |
| Joyce C Mandrake | Blindside by Color |
| Andrew Paradiso | Lil Red’s Xmas Birthday Alts |
| Cindy Tomamichel | And The Colour Of My Death And Birth Was Green |
| Margret Treiber | Here’s Your Record Back |
| Jim Webster | The Tower |
Quite the mix of colours and themes!
We are planning to announce the final set of accepted stories on 1 December, so keep tuned to see what else is coming.
Rainbows aren’t Just for Leprechauns is slated for release in time for St. Patrick’s day (17 March) with pre-orders starting before that.
